This case was on the Court's October 25, 2021 remote trial calendar for San Francisco, California. Respondent recently reported that computations have been requested from Respondent's Tax Computation Specialist that reflects the parties' settlement. To date, respondent has not received the requested computations and requests that the time to file a proposed stipulated decision be extended by thirty days to January 17, 2021, to allow time for Respondent's Counsel to draft a proposed joint decision, and for Petitioner to review, sign, and return said document to Respondent. It is therefore

Ordered that on or before January 17, 2022 the parties submit decision documents or respondent file a status report describing any progress.
