Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously reversed with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant, and the motion granted as to items 1, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the notice of motion. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
