Baker v. Baker

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District
Sep 6, 1974
299 So. 2d 142 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

Nos. 74-280, 74-281.

July 23, 1974. Rehearing Denied September 6, 1974.

Interlocutory Appeals from Circuit Court, Dade County; William A. Herin, Judge.

Carr Warren, Miami, for appellant.

Sinclair, Louis Siegel, Miami, for appellee.

Before PEARSON, HENDRY and HAVERFIELD, JJ.

These interlocutory appeals challenge the amounts allowed to the appellee-wife for attorneys' fees and for costs by the trial court. We hold that no abuse of discretion has been shown. See Bosem v. Bosem, Fla. 1973, 279 So.2d 863.

Affirmed.
