ORDER
The parties appeared this morning for a status conference. Consistent with matters discussed during the status conference:
IT IS ORDERED:
(1) A scheduling conference is set for February 27, 2013, at 8:30 a.m., in Courtroom 401, 4th floor, Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. The parties shall prepare a proposed Scheduling Order and submit it to the court no later than February 20, 2013; and
(2) The parties shall complete their Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures on the later of January 21, 2013, or within 45 days of service of process.
