In Re: JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 612486.

BEFORE: PARRO, McDONALD, AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The district court's order of August 14, 2014, denying JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.'s Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby reversed and judgment is entered in its favor, granting the motion and dismissing the Plaintiff's claims with prejudice. The Defendant met its burden on the Motion for Summary Judgment and the Plaintiff failed to provide factual support sufficient to establish that she would be able to satisfy her evidentiary burden of proof at trial. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 966(C)(2).
