ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 29, 2022, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
