SALINA NICOLE BAISA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On June 10, 2024, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. However, the application form is incomplete: Petitioner has checked the "Yes" box indicating that she receives income from salary or wages but has not listed the amount received per month, as required by the application form.

Because petitioner has not established that she lacks the ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00 is extended to July 22, 2024. Information regarding payment of the filing fee is available at https://ustaxcourt.gov/pay_filing_fee.html. Failure to pay the Court's filing fee on or before July 22, 2024, may result in the dismissal of this case.
