MANDAMUS, § 53school district warrants, compelling payment of. In mandamus proceeding by plaintiffs to compel payment of school district warrants and vouchers, directors had discretion as to contracts for repairs and furnishings for which vouchers were given, and court would not interfere with such discretion by holding that the improvements were not necessary.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Kankakee county; Hon. LUTHER B. BRATTON, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in this court at February term, 1941.
