STREET RAILWAYS, § 131boarding passenger injured, evidence. In action for injuries sustained by street car passenger, evidence showed that plaintiff came around rear of street car and attempted to board it while it was in motion, but lost his hold and fell, lower court properly finding that defendant was not negligent, and giving 20 instructions for defendant as against 9 for plaintiff did not constitute reversible error.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. MICHAEL L. McKINLEY, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in first division, first district, this court at April term, 1940.
