RONALD BAILEY, Defendant Below-Appellant, v. STATE OF DELAWARE, Plaintiff Below-Appellee. No. 595, 2002 Supreme Court of the State of Delaware. Submitted: November 18, 2002 Decided: November 25, 2002

Carolyn Berger, Justice:

ORDER

This 25th day of November 2002, it appears to the Court that the State has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal on the ground that the appellant's sentences do not meet the minimum threshold to invoke this Court's constitutionally limited appellate jurisdiction. The appellant filed a letter indicating he did not wish to respond to the State's motion. The motion, therefore, is deemed to be unopposed. Supr.Ct.R. 3(b); 30(c).

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the within appeal hereby is DISMISSED.
