Appellant Gerald Bailey has filed a motion to reinstate the appeal, which we construe as a motion for rehearing. We grant Bailey's motion. We withdraw our opinion and judgment issued on October 31, 2023, dismissing this cause for want of prosecution, and reinstate this cause to the Court's docket.

It is ordered.
