The petition in this case was filed on December 9, 2021. An Answer was filed March 23, 2022. However, by order served July 14, 2022, the Court struck respondent's Answer for impermissible joinder. On July 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Answer. Respondent lodged therewith the Answer.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave, filed July 25, 2022, is granted and the Clerk of the Court shall file as of the date of this Order the Answer lodged by respondent.
