By Orders issued June 30, 2021, and October 18, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case and file an amended petition. On October 26, 2021, petitioners paid the Court's filing fee. However, petitioners have not filed an amended petition, as directed by the Court. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

Petitioners are advised that the Court, on its own motion, will consider reinstating the case if, within 30 days from the date of service of this Order, petitioners file a proper amended petition.
