Motion by appellants for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered March 1, 2018, which was determined in a decision and order of this court dated November 29, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
