ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On October 25, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. However, upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the parties have therein stipulated that petitioners are due a $462 overpayment for the taxable year 2018. That taxable year is not before the Court in this case.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed October 25, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 23, 2021, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Adam Bahani & Loubna Bahani, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
