WALTER BAGRAMYAN & ESTER D. BAGRAMYAN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On May 15, 2024, counsel for respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel in this case. By Order served May 16, 2024, the Court granted that Motion. However, further review of the record in this case reveals certain defects in the Motion; specifically, that it bears an incorrect docket number and that the certificate of service attached thereto identifies the name and address of a taxpayer who is not affiliated with this case. It is accordingly

ORDERED that the Court's Order served May 16, 2024, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel shall be sealed from view of the public and parties in this case and shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
