MEMORANDUM OPINION

On November 13, 2006, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. On November 16, we notified appellant by letter that the $125 filing fee was due. We gave appellant ten days to pay the filing fee, and we warned appellant that if he failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice. Nevertheless, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
