ORDER

The Bexar County District Clerk notified this court that Appellants had not paid the clerk's fee for preparing the record and Appellants are not entitled to a free record. On January 10, 2018, we ordered Appellants to file written proof with this court by January 18, 2018, that either (1) the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee, or (2) Appellants are entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee.

Appellants timely filed written proof that the clerk's fee to prepare the record has been paid. Our January 8, 2018 order is satisfied.

We ORDER the district clerk to file the clerk's record with this court within TEN DAYS of the date of this order.
