ORDER

PATRICK J. URDA JUDGE

This case was stricken from the Court's January 25, 2021, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On July 3, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report which indicated that they have tentatively resolved this case and were awaiting IRS computations. The parties requested 90 days to resolve the case or file another status report. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 1, 2021, and every 60 days thereafter, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties no longer need to comply with reoccurring status reports as directed in the Order issued on January 21, 2021.
