This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. On October 1, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, and advised that respondent's counsel was not able to communicate with petitioner. On October 7, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report, and advised that respondent's counsel has been in contact with petitioner's family, and that petitioner is out of the country. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed October 1, 2021, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's November 1, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session and continued generally.
