ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge

On November 28, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report indicating petitioners have been working with the Independent Office of Appeals to reach a settlement and the Appeals Officer has prepared a proposed settlement and is currently awaiting managerial approval of the revised determinations.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is ORDERED that, on or before January 13, 2023, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
