This case was stricken from the Court's February 1, 2021, San Diego, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. As directed by the Court, respondent and petitioner filed separate Status Reports on March 4, 2022, advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and requesting 30 days to provide stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
