Because it duplicates a previous motion filed October 12, 2021, and denied on October 19, 2021, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion, filed October 29, 2021, is stricken.

Petitioner is advised that further submissions to this Court in this case that do nothing other than prolong a case apparently commenced for frivolous reasons will result in the imposition of an I.R.C. section 6673(a) penalty.
