This case is a companion to Badeaux v. Badeaux, 540 So.2d 301 [ 541 So.2d 301] (La.App. 5th Cir. 1989). The suits were consolidated in the district court.

For the reasons this day assigned in Badeaux, the judgment of the district court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
