In an action for a declaratory judgment declaring that the defendant's Zoning Ordinance does not prevent the use of the plaintiff's property in a Residence A District as a boarding or rooming house, and for an injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with such use, judgment in favor of the defendant, dismissing the complaint, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
