ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge

On December 12, 2023, the Court issued an order directing the parties, on or before January 16, 2024, to file a response to the order showing cause why this case should not be returned to the general docket. On January 16, 2024, the parties filed a Response to Order to Show Cause and indicated that the parties did not want the case returned to the general docket. Instead, the parties requested that the Court issue an order directing the parties to file a status report in 180 days. Accordingly, the parties have showed cause why the case should not be returned to the general docket.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served December 12, 2023, is discharged. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 17, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court detailing the then-present status of this case.
