ORDER

Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Remand, filed January 20, 2023 (motion), as supplemented by respondent's First Supplement to Motion to Remand, filed February 17, 2023.

On April 25, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties. Respondent informed the Court that he did not object to the Court remanding the case to the Whistleblower Office and retaining jurisdiction. Petitioner stated that he did not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, as supplemented, is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Whistleblower Office for further investigation and a supplemental determination. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned will retain jurisdiction of this case and that, on or before June 20, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report concerning the then-current status of this case.
