IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF STEVEN L. BACLET. JEFFREY BACLET, Appellant, v. ROSALIE BACLET, Respondent.

An unpublished order shall not be regarded as precedent and shall not be cited as legal authority. SCR 123.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a proper person appeal from a district court order in a probate matter. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Connie J. Steinheimer, Judge.

Our review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. The February 10, 2013, order appellant appeals from is not a final judgment because it did not resolve all pending issues, see Lee v. GNLV Corp., 116 Nev. 424, 426-27, 996 P.2d 416, 417 (2000), and it is not otherwise appealable under NRAP 3A(b) (listing orders and judgments from which an appeal may be taken) or NRS 155.190 (listing appealable orders in probate proceedings). Therefore, we lack jurisdiction over this appeal. The order that is appealable in this case is the district court's August 9, 2013, order, which appellant timely appealed from in Docket No. 64021. Accordingly, we lack jurisdiction over this appeal, and we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
