This case is currently set to be called at the session of the Court commencing on November 27, 2023, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On September 18, 2023, Ms. Baca filed what has been characterized as a Motion for Continuance. In response to that Motion, the Court arranged and held a conference call with the parties. During the conference call, the parties stated that there had been no contact prior to that call. The Court requested they exchange contact information to further discuss the case.
