Opinion
Case No. SC02-2775.
February 25, 2004.
Lower Tribunal No. 3D02-2602.
The petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Stallworth v. Moore, 847 So.2d 974 (Fla. 2002) (holding that "this Court does not have discretionary review jurisdiction or extraordinary writ jurisdiction to review per curiam denials of relief, issued without opinion or explanation, whether they be in opinion form or by way of an unpublished order"). Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Injunction is denied. Respondent's Motion to Dismiss All Pending Appeals for Willful Violation of Court Order And for Sanctions is denied without prejudice to any consideration of sanctions in the District Court of Appeal or the trial court.
