Supreme Court — Error proceedings from Public Utilities Commission — Section 547, General Code — Sixty-day limitation runs from final order.

ERROR to the Public Utilities Commission.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court that the said petition in error be, and the same hereby is, dismissed upon authority of City of Dayton v. Public Utilities Commission, 111 Ohio St. 476.

Petition in error dismissed.
