PRESENT:

Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on December 10, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael G. Dwaileebe sworn to May 29, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Brain Laudadio, Esq., dated June 11, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 21, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 17, 2015, and inserting in its place the date September 15, 2015.
