It is Ordered that appellant's motion is granted to the extent of permitting the appeal to proceed on the appendix method. Appellant is further directed to perfect the appeal for the September 2016 term the filing deadline is July 12, 2016. A copy of this order is to be promptly served on the Clerk of the Civil Court, who will thereafter prepare and have available to transfer, any complete settled transcripts and the original court file when tenant-appellant's brief is ready to be filed.
