November 15, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-respondent having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include certain sealed documents reviewed by the Supreme Court in camera, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing defendant to submit the subject documents to this Court, for in camera inspection, within seven days of the date of entry hereof.
