DOCKETING STATEMENT
I. Jurisdiction of the District Court
Plaintiff alleged that Defendants violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. Section(s) 2000e et seq., and the Civil Rights Act of 1866, as amended by the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. Section 1981; Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as codified, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 to 634; and The Fair Credit Reporting Act of 19xx, 15 U.S.C. Section 1681-1681x., and various state laws. The district court had jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331 and 15 U.S.C. § 1681p.
II. Jurisdiction of the Court of Appeals
This appeal is taken from the final judgment of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin entered on August 6, 2021. The United States Court of Appeals has jurisdiction to decide this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. The Notice of Appeal was filed with the District Court on August 23, 2021.
