MEMORANDUM OPINION


Feysal Ayati-Ghaffari was convicted in a trial de novo of speeding. The trial court assessed a $99 fine. The clerk's record was due April 15, 2005. We have received verification that appellant has not made arrangements to pay for either the clerk's or reporter's records. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
