An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 26, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And the New York State Trial Lawyers' Association having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted, and the six copies of the proposed amicus curiae brief submitted with the moving papers are deemed filed.
