Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 07, 2022 and on or about October 4, 2021 (Case Nos. 2022-00108 and 2022-01131), and the appeals having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved to adjourn the aforesaid appeals and stay enforcement of the judgment, same court, entered on or about May 23, 2022 (Case No. 2022-02288), or to supplement the record on appeal with materials relating to the aforesaid judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied as academic, a decision and order of this Court determining the appeals having been entered on June 14, 2022 (Appeal Nos. 16244-16245). The interim stay of enforcement of the May 23, 2022 judgment, granted by order of a Justice of this Court, entered June 2, 2022, shall continue for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof to afford defendant the opportunity to take such action in Supreme Court as may be required to vacate the judgment.
