ORDER
We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated June 15, 2020, we ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing and make written findings regarding the accuracy of the reporter's filed in this appeal. The trial court conducted a hearing on June 26, 2020. A copy of the trial court's written findings has been filed with this Court. Pursuant to this Court's June 15th order, a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's written findings and the reporter's record from the hearing are to be filed by July 27, 2020.
In its findings, the trial court confirmed the inaccuracies in the reporter's record. On June 22, 2020, the court reporter filed a corrected reporter's record that the trial court confirms is accurate. Accordingly, we STRIKE the reporter's record filed on May 27, 2020.
We note that in a letter filed on July 15, 2020, appellant informs the Court that both she and appellee agree that there appears to be "at least one possible error or omission" in the corrected reporter's record. Appellant states that this possible error or omission was brought to the trial court's attention at the June 26th hearing. Appellant may raise any complaint about the accuracy of the corrected reporter's record in her brief on the merits.
As the record is now complete, we ORDER appellant to file her brief on the merits within twenty days of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Ashley Wysocki, Presiding Judge of the 254th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Janet Saavedra, Official Court Reporter for the 254th Judicial District Court; and, all parties.
