The motion of Mid City Electrical Corporation to vacate the default judgment against it is granted for the reasons stated on the record in open court this date. All restraining notices, executions, and other process issued to enforce said judgment are vacated. The time of Mid City Electrical Corporation to answer or move with respect to the complaint is extended to and including November 8, 2002.
