Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, that this case is stricken from the December 16, 2024, Denver, Co. trial session and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further
ORDERED that the case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for purposes contemplated by the parties in the Joint Motion. It is further
ORDERED that on or before March 21, 2025, the parties are to file a joint status report, or separate if preferred, outlining the then current status of this case.
