On January 28, 2022, the undersigned held a conference call with the parties during which the parties requested that this case be set for trial at a time and date certain of February 8, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain time. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for a remote trial at a time and date certain of Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain time (12 noon Eastern time), during the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, at which the undersigned will be presiding. The parties need not appear at the calendar call on February 7, 2022.
