Consolidated appeals having been taken to this Court from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 10, 2018 and June 28, 2018, and said appeals having been perfected, And defendants-respondents having moved to enlarge the record on appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting defendants-respondents leave to file a supplemental record on appeal with their memoranda of law dated October 10, 2017 and March 7, 2018, at their own expense if so advised, and the motion is otherwise denied. Sua sponte, the appeal is adjourned to the February 2019 Term.
