CORRECTED DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to allow petitioners to perfect appeals, for extension of time to perfect appeals and to consolidate appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to allow petitioners to perfect their appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the notices of appeal are deemed timely served (see CPLR 5520 [a]), and it is further
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and upon a joint brief by petitioners and a joint brief by respondent, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to June 3, 2013, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion to prosecute the cross appeals is granted, without costs.
