Appellant's brief was originally due June 5, 2024. We granted appellant's first three motions for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to September 4, 2024.

On September 18, 2024, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time until September 18, 2024. On September 19, 2024, appellant filed his brief. We GRANT the motion for extension of time and deem the brief timely filed.
