ALBERT AUSTIN, D/B/A J. BRIDAL, Appellant v. AMERICAN MATAR INTERNATIONAL INC., D/B/A STATEWIDE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE BROKER, Appellee

On Appeal from the 189th District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2015-65356

Panel Consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Wise and Jewell.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

On April 30, 2024, appellant filed a motion for rehearing. The motion appears to be missing the even-numbered pages. Because we cannot adequately assess appellant's motion without all the pages, we order the April 30, 2024 motion stricken. Appellant is ordered to file a complete document on or before May 16, 2024. If appellant fails to file a corrected and complete motion for rehearing by May 16, 2024, the court will proceed as if no motion for rehearing was filed and the mandate will issue accordingly.
