ORDER GRANTING MOTION

Gibbons, C.J.

On September 6, 2024, attorneys M. Bradley Johnson and Gina M. Mushmeche of the law firm Schnitzer Johnson & Watson, Chtd. filed a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for respondent, stating that the firm would suffer an unreasonable financial burden if it continues to represent respondent. The unopposed motion is granted, see NRAP 46(e)(3)(B); SCR 46; RCP 1.16(6), and counsel shall provide a copy of our dispositive Order Affirming in Part, Reversing in Part, Vacating in Part, and Remanding and a copy of this order to respondent.

The clerk shall remove M. Bradley Johnson and Gina M. Mushmeche of the law firm of Schnitzer Johnson & Watson, Chtd. as counsel of record for respondent. Respondent shall have 30 days from the date of this order to retain new counsel and cause counsel to file a notice of appearance with this court. Respondent is cautioned that business entities cannot appear or file documents without counsel. NRAP 46A(b)(2). The time to file a petition for rehearing or review and the issuance of the remittitur is suspended until further order of this court. It is so ORDERED.
