ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is set down for the October 2016 term of this Court. The brief of respondent and the brief of the attorney for the child shall be filed and served on or before August 29, 2016. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before September 13, 2016.
