Present — Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Foster, JJ.


Appeal by defendant from judgments in favor of the wife for personal injuries and in favor of the husband for loss of services. The injury was received through the breaking of one of the steps leading from the porch of a two-family dwelling to the ground. The porch and steps were under the control of the landlord as they were for the common use of the two tenants. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed with one bill of costs and disbursements.
