Opinion
No. 35890.
May 17, 1967.
Writ of certiorari to District Court of Appeal, Third District. 189 So.2d 661.
Dixon, DeJarnette, Bradford, Williams, McKay Kimbrell, John W. Thornton and Sam Daniels, Miami, for petitioners.
Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder, Carson Wahl and Herbert Odell, Miami, for respondents.
The petition for writ of certiorari reflected probable jurisdiction in this court so we issued the writ. However, after hearing argument and considering further the briefs and record we have determined that the writ was improvidently issued. Therefore the writ heretofore issued is discharged and the petition for writ of certiorari is dismissed.
It is so ordered.
THORNAL, C.J., and THOMAS, ROBERTS, DREW and O'CONNELL, JJ., concur.
